# Installation Guide

||| **Admins, first-time setup:** Before anyone can complete step 4, a Salesforce administrator must install the PipeLaunch connected app in your org. This is a one-time step Salesforce has required since September 2025. If a user reaches the login step and sees an authorization error, see  [Access Authorization Troubleshooting: Salesforce OAuth error](https://help.pipelaunch.com/en/article/access-authorization-troubleshooting-salesforce-oauth-error-18va83j/).

|| The extension is an enterprise‑only product available exclusively to paying clients. Our team provides the installation link directly.

1. Visit the PipeLaunch Extension page (contact support@pipelaunch.com if you don't have the Installation Link).
2. Click on **Add to Chrome** (blue button)
3. A new tab is automatically open after the installation
4. Login with your Salesforce credentials
