Installation Guide

Admins, first-time setup: Before anyone can complete step 4, a Salesforce administrator must install the PipeLaunch connected app in your org. This is a one-time step Salesforce has required since September 2025. If a user reaches the login step and sees an authorization error, see Access Authorization Troubleshooting: Salesforce OAuth error.


The extension is an enterprise‑only product available exclusively to paying clients. Our team provides the installation link directly.


  1. Visit the PipeLaunch Extension page (contact support@pipelaunch.com if you don't have the Installation Link).
  2. Click on Add to Chrome (blue button)
  3. A new tab is automatically open after the installation
  4. Login with your Salesforce credentials


TIP: Pin the to the Chrome Toolbar to quickly open the sidebar panel
