If you have multiple records for the same contact in Salesforce, use the extension to access additional details and determine the correct record:

Update a record without going into Salesforce:

Open a Record on Salesforce:

You can simply click on the cloud icon to redirect to the Salesforce record.

If you’d like to continue making changes directly in Salesforce, simply click “Continue in Salesforce.”

💡Tip: If you encounter a Salesforce error, click “Continue in Salesforce” to open the record in Salesforce, where you can review the error details, troubleshoot the issue, or report it quickly.
