Logging into the Chrome Extension
To login to the Chrome Extension, first install the Chrome Extension app by using this installation link.
On the first login the following screen will be visible.
If logging into production, keep the selection and once the terms and conditions have been checked, click on Log in to Salesforce.
On the login option, please select the current use that you want to log in with.
Troubleshooting
If the user does not show up, of after entering your user name and password, the login credentials are not accepted, please select Login with a different users.
Select "use custom domain".
Enter your company domain.
To find the company domain, open salesforce and use the text up to .lightning.force.com.
Example if you open Salesforce and this is the domain, https://samplecompany.lightning.force.com/lightning/page/home
you would enter "samplecompany". See example below.
Once this step is completed, follow the login instructions.
