| "Install for All Users" makes the package available organization-wide, ideal for site licenses. It appears in the App Launcher for all users, subject to their permissions. This option is typically preferred for immediate deployment and when the package functionality is intended for the entire organization.

Post Installation Setup

PipeLaunch is supported by Leads, Accounts, Contacts and Opportunities. In this example we will use the Accounts Object.

Adding the PipeLaunch Components to Salesforce objects

Open any account in Salesforce and click on the setup wheel on the top right corner.

Click on “edit page”

Scroll down on the left hand side, until you reach the custom component labeled “Custom - Managed”

Click and drag the items on to your Salesforce Screen (in the middle). You can drop them anywhere on the screen. Please note each component has different functionalities.
- Company Insights: Here you will have three sub components (Info, People and Jobs). Info will provide all the information regarding the company including location, logo, specialities and description. People will help you perform persona based or keyword based search to find people working for that company with respect to the filters. Jobs will list the jop openings for that particular account which can be saved to your Salesforce org.

Download a PDF CV from LinkedIn

Go to the profile on LinkedIn.
Open the Chrome Extension
If the record does not exist in Salesforce make sure you create a Contact or a Lead
Click on the 3 dots button ⋮
Click on Save PDF

Two types of CV generation:

1. Default LinkedIn CV

By choosing the first option, you can generate a default LinkedIn CV.

Data Generation: Generated by reading the LinkedIn data.
Data Gathering: Gathers all available data on LinkedIn.
Career Timeline Chart: Does not include a career-timeline chart.
Visual Appeal: Not visually appealing; represents all data as it is.
**Skills and Endorsements: **Does not include the candidate's skills along with endorsements.

2. PipeLaunch generated CV

By choosing the second option, you can generate a Career-timeline specific CV.

** Data Generation:** Generated by reading the LinkedIn data with unlimited CV downloads (instead of 200 per month).
** Data Gathering:** Gathers data along with company logos, making each experience summary distinct.
Career Timeline Chart: Includes a career-timeline chart.
** Visual Appeal:** Visually appealing with data arranged in a proper representation, including icons, etc.

Find your Salesforce Organization ID

Why does your Salesforce instance have an ORG ID?

Your Salesforce Organization ID serves as the distinct marker for your Salesforce identity. When initiating support cases with Salesforce Support, particularly for feature activation, remember to provide this ID.

It's essential to differentiate between the Organization ID of your production environment and that of your Sandbox. Following a sandbox refresh, a new ID is assigned to maintain separation from the original instance.

How to find it?

Click on Gear icon on top right corner

Select Setup
Search for Company settings

Select Company Information under Company Settings
You can find Salesforce.com Organization ID in the right hand column of the Company Information page.

Grant Support Access to Salesforce or PipeLaunch

Accepted Answer

Your company's administrators have automatic access to your account without requiring any action from you. However, if your organization mandates that users must give permission for administrators to log in, you have the ability to provide access for a specific period.

For security considerations, the maximum duration for granting access is limited to 1 year. Once access is granted, administrators or support representatives can utilize your login credentials to access your data and assist you in resolving any issues.

Click on your profile menu and select Settings.
Search for "Grant Account Login Access" in the Quick Find box.
Search for PipeLaunch on the list. You can establish the expiration date for this access by selecting a value from the provided list.
Finally, remember to **Save **your changes.
Share your org Id and inform the PipeLaunch support team that the access is now granted

Add the new Company Insights or Contact Insights

To replace the "Company Info" or "Contact Info" component with the new "Company Insights" or "Contact Insights", you should ask your System Administrator to edit the Lead, Account, and Contact page layout and add the new component to the page layout.

Edit page of the desired component (Contact, Lead, Account, Opportunity) and go to Edit Page

Remove the Company Info component
Replace it with the new component
