How to set field level permissions
In certain cases, you have to set or update field-level permissions for your users on Salesforce in order to activate certain PipeLaunch components (for example: Contact Insights). This only applies to the standard fields because the PipeLaunch permission set cannot override such permissions.
Navigate to Object Manager through the Settings icon in the window's top right corner. Select Edit Object.
Under Fields & Relationships, quick find and select the Field you would like to update the permissions for.
Click on option Set-Field-Level Security and update the permissions.
Check if your user's profile has enabled the Visible permission
Having the field Visible doesn't mean it will appear on the page layout.
