Find your Salesforce Organization ID

Why does your Salesforce instance have an ORG ID?

Your Salesforce Organization ID serves as the distinct marker for your Salesforce identity. When initiating support cases with Salesforce Support, particularly for feature activation, remember to provide this ID.

It's essential to differentiate between the Organization ID of your production environment and that of your Sandbox. Following a sandbox refresh, a new ID is assigned to maintain separation from the original instance.

How to find it?

Click on Gear icon on top right corner



Select Setup

Search for Company settings



Select Company Information under Company Settings

You can find Salesforce.com Organization ID in the right hand column of the Company Information page.
